About Praemia REIM in Germany

Praemia REIM Germany (formerly Primonial REIM Germany) has been operating as a subsidiary under the umbrella of the Praemia REIM Group since 2017. We develop and realise investment strategies for institutional clients in Germany and abroad and manage the properties in the portfolios (in Germany) through in-house asset and property management.
