Praemia REIM Appoints Guy-Young Lamé as Head of Research and Strategy

Guy-Young brings over two decades of experience in European and global real estate markets, having held senior research and strategic roles at Ivanhoé Cambridge (CDPQ), Invesco Real Estate and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

management, and Quinta Capital Partners S.r.l. finalised the closing of a structured
transaction which provides for the entry of Primonial REIM into the share capital of Quinta
Capital SGR S.p.A., an asset management company based in Milan, active in promoting and managing
alternative regulated investment funds in the real estate, credit and private equity sectors and in
providing a wide spectrum of asset management services.

Primonial REIM Germany acquires a nursing home with day care facility in Glauchau. The seller is Theed.Glauchau GmbH & Co. KG, a company of the Theed.Projekt group. This acquisition has been carried out on behalf of a retail fund managed by Primonial REIM France.

PRIMONIAL REIM GERMANY ACQUIRES HEALTHCARE PROPERTY IN CELLE
Primonial REIM Germany is buying another care facility for Primovie, a retail investors fund managed by Primonial REIM France. The property is located in Celle and was completed in December 2021. With the acquisition, Primonial REIM once again demonstrates its market leadership in healthcare investments, which is based on the expertise of local teams in the key markets in Europe.
