The job description:

- Management and optimization of the existing real estate portfolio, if necessary, also through expansion and redevelopment of existing properties

- Management and monitoring cash flow, costs and budgeting at property level

- Risk monitoring and risk management at property and process level

- Development of leasing and value enhancement strategies

- Support for tenant improvements and conversions

- Control of property and facility managers

- Evaluation and analysis of necessary property-related projects in the context of management, maintenance, modernization and decarbonization

- Preparation of economic evaluations (business plan)

- Preparation and support in the purchase and sale process

- Contact person for the fund management

Requirement’s profile:

- Completed real estate management training and/or studies

- At least 3-4 years of professional experience in the real estate sector

- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident and professional appearance and team player mentality

- Willingness to travel

- Structured way of working and very good MS-Office skills

- Knowledge of immopac®red desirable

- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
